What body oil packaging is used for

Measure the bottle, not the label. Take the outer diameter at the widest point and the full height with the pump, dropper, or cap on. Pumps and sprayers are often wider than the bottle, so measure those too. For a set, measure each product and choose a layout. Allow 1/8 to 1/4 inch per side for clearance. Box styles and closures

A straight tuck end carton is the standard choice for body oil boxes, because it ships flat and fits a bottle snugly. A reverse tuck end keeps the front panel clean for the scent name. An auto lock bottom holds the weight of a glass bottle without tape. A sleeve box slides over a tray and suits a set, and a window carton shows the color of the oil. Materials and thickness

Folding cartons use paperboard of about 300 to 400 GSM, which prints crisp color and holds a glass bottle firmly. Kraft board gives a natural look that suits plant-based brands. Rigid boxes use greyboard of about 1.5 to 2 mm under a printed wrap and suit a gift set. For mail, E-flute or B-flute corrugated mailers add crush protection. Printing, coatings, and finishes

Print full color CMYK or match your brand with Pantone spot colors, on the outside only or the outside and inside. Body oils are often sold in many scents, so many brands use one layout with a color band or an icon that changes by scent, which keeps cost lower across a range. Matte lamination looks calm, gloss adds shine, and soft-touch adds a velvety feel. Spot UV can pick out the logo, and foil in gold, silver, or rose gold adds an accent. Inserts and windows

A paperboard or corrugated insert holds the bottle upright and keeps the glass from knocking the wall. A divider keeps bottles in a set from touching. If your bottle is plain, a solid front with a foil logo may look better. A clean white or black insert makes an amber bottle stand out.

Labeling and leak notes

Body oil carries ingredient lists, directions, and warnings, and you are responsible for that text. You supply the wording and any required labeling, and we print it where you want it. We do not write or check this text for you. Oil can mark paper if a bottle leaks, so seal the bottle well and keep the oil in a closed pump, dropper, or cap inside the box. The box is not a leak barrier.

We send a free dieline sized to your bottle. Supply artwork as a vector AI or PDF file with fonts outlined and images at 300 DPI in CMYK.
