Customer Content and Artwork
Customers are responsible for all artwork, logos, images, trademarks, text, and design files submitted to LuLu Packaging for printing or packaging production.
By submitting artwork or content, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to use the submitted content.
- You have permission to print any logos, trademarks, images, or copyrighted material.
- Your submitted content does not violate any third-party rights.
- The design, text, and artwork are correct and ready for production.
LuLu Packaging is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or legal claims related to customer-submitted artwork.
Design Services
If you request design support from LuLu Packaging, our team may help create or adjust artwork based on your instructions. Any design concepts, mockups, or digital previews created by our team are for approval purposes only.
Once a design is approved by the customer, LuLu Packaging is not responsible for any spelling mistakes, incorrect information, color differences, layout issues, or design errors that were approved before production.
Design work may involve extra charges depending on the complexity of the project.
Proofing and Approval
Before production begins, LuLu Packaging may provide a digital proof, mockup, or artwork preview for approval. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all details before approving the proof.
Please check the following before approval:
- Spelling and grammar
- Logo placement
- Size and dimensions
- Colors and layout
- Product details
- Quantity
- Material and finishing options
- Barcode or QR code accuracy
Once the proof is approved, the order will move to production. After approval, no changes can be guaranteed. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional cost and production delays.
Color Accuracy and Printing
LuLu Packaging makes every effort to match customer-approved artwork as closely as possible. However, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to differences between screen displays, printing methods, materials, coating, lighting, and production processes.
Colors shown on digital screens may appear different from the final printed product. Minor color variations are considered normal in custom printing and packaging production.
Product Specifications
Product specifications such as size, shape, color, material, thickness, finishing, coating, and printing may have slight variations during production. These small differences are common in custom packaging manufacturing.
LuLu Packaging will make reasonable efforts to follow the approved order details, but minor variations do not qualify as defects.
Order Placement
An order is considered confirmed when the customer approves the quote, submits required artwork, agrees to production details, and completes the required payment.
LuLu Packaging may require full payment or partial payment before starting production. Production timelines begin only after payment confirmation and final artwork approval.
Payments
All prices are provided in the agreed currency and may vary depending on product type, quantity, size, material, printing, finishing, shipping location, and other custom requirements.
LuLu Packaging reserves the right to update prices at any time before order confirmation. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, pricing will follow the approved invoice or quotation.
Customers are responsible for any additional bank charges, transaction fees, taxes, customs duties, or import charges where applicable.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation requests must be made in writing as soon as possible. If production has not started, cancellation may be accepted with possible deduction of design, setup, processing, or administrative charges.
If production has already started, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed. Custom packaging is made specifically for each customer, so completed or in-production orders are not eligible for cancellation.
Returns and Refunds
Because our products are custom-made, LuLu Packaging does not accept returns or offer refunds for approved custom orders unless there is a verified production error from our side.
Refunds or reprints may not be provided for issues caused by:
- Customer-approved artwork errors
- Spelling or grammar mistakes approved by the customer
- Wrong file submission
- Incorrect size or quantity selected by the customer
- Color variation within normal printing standards
- Shipping delays caused by courier services
- Damage caused after delivery
Each complaint is reviewed individually. Customers must report any issue within a reasonable time after receiving the order.
Shipping and Delivery
LuLu Packaging works with shipping carriers to deliver orders safely and on time. Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our control.
LuLu Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs departments after the order has left our facility.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact LuLu Packaging immediately with clear photos of the damaged packaging, product, shipping label, and any other relevant details.
Claims for damaged or missing packages must be submitted as soon as possible after delivery. LuLu Packaging will review the case and may assist with carrier claims where applicable.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Turnaround Time
Production and delivery timelines depend on order quantity, design complexity, material availability, printing requirements, proof approval, and shipping destination.
Any estimated turnaround time starts after final proof approval and payment confirmation. Delays in artwork approval, payment, or communication may extend the production timeline.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including product size, quantity, artwork, shipping address, contact information, and special instructions.
LuLu Packaging is not responsible for delays, errors, or extra costs caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late information provided by the customer.
Prohibited Products and Content
LuLu Packaging reserves the right to refuse any order that includes illegal, offensive, harmful, misleading, discriminatory, adult, hateful, or unauthorized content.
We may also refuse orders that involve fake branding, counterfeit products, copyrighted designs without permission, or packaging intended for unlawful use.
Indemnity
By using our services, you agree to protect and hold LuLu Packaging, its employees, partners, suppliers, and representatives harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or legal expenses resulting from your use of our services, submitted artwork, product content, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
LuLu Packaging will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, lost sales, or damage to brand reputation.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. LuLu Packaging is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, terms, or practices of any third-party websites.
