What custom facial spray boxes are used for

Sizes and how to measure

Measure the bottle, not the label. Take the widest diameter and the full height with the sprayer and overcap in place. Spray bottles often have a wider cap than body, so measure at the widest point. Box styles and closures

A straight tuck end carton is the usual choice for custom printed facial spray boxes, because it is flat-shipped, quick to fill, and fits a narrow bottle well. A reverse tuck end keeps the front panel clean for your logo. Auto lock bottom boxes snap open and stay shut without tape, which suits a filled bottle. A sleeve box slides over a tray and suits a spray sold with a cloth or a mini bottle. For a gift or a launch set, a magnetic closure rigid box or a lift-off lid rigid box feels heavier in the hand, and a drawer box suits a full mist collection.

Materials and thickness

Folding cartons use paperboard of about 300 to 400 GSM, or kraft board for a natural look that suits botanical mists. For facial spray box packaging that ships straight to customers, E-flute or B-flute corrugated mailers add crush protection. Rigid boxes use greyboard of about 1.5 to 2 mm under a printed wrap. Printing, coatings, and finishes

Print full color CMYK or match your brand with Pantone spot colors, on the outside only or the outside and inside. Matte lamination keeps the look calm, gloss adds shine, and soft-touch adds a velvety feel. Spot UV can pick out the product name, and foil in gold, silver, or rose gold supports luxury facial spray packaging on gift sets. Embossing and debossing add texture to a logo. Inserts and windows

A spray bottle is topped with a pump head that can catch on the box wall or press down in shipping. A paperboard or corrugated insert with a die-cut opening holds the bottle upright and centered. A die-cut window with clear film shows the bottle or the color of the mist, which suits a tinted botanical spray. If you want a quiet, solid front, skip the window and print the product name large.
