Box styles and closures

A straight tuck end carton is the standard choice for foot cream boxes, because it ships flat and holds a tube snugly. An auto lock bottom holds the weight of a full jar or tub without tape. A reverse tuck end keeps the front panel clean for the product name. A sleeve box slides over a tray and suits a set, a window carton shows the container, and a magnetic closure rigid box suits a gift set. A hang tab lets a small carton hang on a retail peg. Materials and thickness

Folding cartons use paperboard of about 300 to 400 GSM, which prints crisp color and holds a full jar firmly. Kraft board gives a natural look. Matte lamination looks calm, gloss adds shine, and soft-touch adds a velvety feel. Spot UV can pick out the logo, and foil in gold, silver, or rose gold adds an accent. A clean white insert makes a colored container stand out.

We send a free dieline sized to your container. Supply artwork as a vector AI or PDF file with fonts outlined and images at 300 DPI in CMYK. You review and approve the artwork before production starts.
