What custom lash extension boxes are used for

Box styles and closures

A tuck end carton is the low-cost choice for a single tray and ships flat. A magnetic closure rigid box suits a kit that sits on a lash station, because it closes cleanly and holds up to daily use. A drawer box slides out of a sleeve and works well for a set of trays in different curls. A lift-off lid rigid box holds a taller kit, and a sleeve box can wrap a plain case. Materials and thickness

Folding cartons use paperboard of about 300 to 400 GSM, which prints crisp color and holds a thin tray flat. Kraft board gives a natural look. Inserts and windows

A paperboard or corrugated insert holds each tray flat so it does not slide or bend. For a kit, the insert holds each bottle and tool in its own opening, with a slot for tweezers. A clean white or black insert makes the lashes stand out.
