What a mascara tube is used for

Check the total height with the cap and wand on, because that sets the size of your box. Measure the width of the tube and the flat side for a label. Colors, materials, and wands

A black mascara tube is the classic look and works with any brand color. A teal mascara tube, a light blue mascara tube, or a gold mascara tube gives your brand a color that stands out on a shelf. A blue and black mascara tube uses two colors, for example a black body with a blue cap, or a blue body with a black cap. Tubes are made of plastic such as ABS, PETG, or PP, and some colors can have a glossy, matte, or metallic finish. Caps can match the tube or be a contrast color. The wand can be straight or curved, with a silicone, nylon, or fiber brush, and it should suit the formula. Printing, coating, and finishes

Custom mascara tubes can carry a logo in several ways. Screen printing puts one or two colors straight on the tube and lasts well, and white or silver ink stands out on a dark tube. Hot stamp foil in gold or silver gives a sharp metallic mark. A pressure sensitive label gives full color and room for the shade name. A matte, glossy, or metallic coating can match your brand.
