Measure the width and depth of the bottle, since many perfume bottles are square or oval, and the flat area for printing or a label. The sprayer must match the neck of the bottle, so send us the size you want and we confirm the match.

Shapes, glass, and sprayers

Perfume bottles come in round, square, rectangular, oval, and cylinder shapes. A thick glass base gives a bottle weight and a quality feel. Clear glass shows the color of the fragrance, frosted glass gives a soft finish, and amber, black, or tinted glass blocks more light. The sprayer has a nozzle, a pump, and a dip tube. A crimp neck sprayer is pressed onto the bottle for a tight seal, and a screw neck sprayer can be removed so you can refill the bottle. Printing, engraving, and finishes

Custom perfume bottles can carry a logo in several ways. Screen printing puts one or two colors straight on the glass and lasts well, and white ink stands out on dark glass. Hot stamp foil in gold or silver gives a sharp metallic mark. A pressure sensitive label gives full color and room for text. Engraved perfume bottles carry a logo or a name cut into the glass, which feels raised to the touch and does not wear off. A frosted or colored coating can match your brand. Labeling and shipping notes

If your bottle holds a fragrance, the label must carry the text that the law requires for your product, such as ingredients, net contents, and warnings. Perfume is often flammable and contains alcohol, so the label and the shipping box may need extra warnings, and shipping filled bottles can have special rules. You supply the text and the layout, and we print what you send. You review and approve the artwork before production starts.
