Paper, finishes, and options

Review request cards are printed on card stock. A thicker stock feels firm and lasts. Uncoated paper has a natural feel and takes pen well. Coated paper has a smooth surface that suits bright color. Kraft stock gives a brown, natural look. Finishes include matte, gloss, soft touch, and foil. A matte surface scans better for a QR code. Ask for a sample kit and feel the stocks side by side.

Printing and finishing

Review card printing works best with a short, warm message and one clear action. For example, we would love to hear what you think, scan to share your feedback. Add a QR code or a short link, and your logo. Keep the layout simple, with a large heading and short lines. Do not ask for a particular rating. You supply the QR code as a vector file, and you check that it opens the right page.

Keep review requests honest and neutral

Many marketplaces and review sites have rules about review requests. They often ban paying for reviews, offering rewards in return for positive reviews, or asking only happy customers to review. Keep your card neutral. Ask for honest feedback, and do not promise a reward for a positive review. You are responsible for following the rules of the site you link to. If you have no artwork yet, free design support and a free consultation are included, and our team can help lay out the logo and the text from your brand colors. You review and approve the artwork before production starts.

6. Production takes 6 to 8 business days after artwork approval, and your order ships free to one U.S. address.
