What self care gift packaging is used for

Box styles and closures

Materials and thickness

Rigid boxes use greyboard of about 1.5 to 2 mm under a printed wrap, which gives the walls and lid a firm feel and protects the items. Folding cartons use paperboard of about 300 to 400 GSM and suit a light set. Kraft board gives a natural look. For mail, E-flute or B-flute corrugated mailers add crush protection. Printing, coatings, and finishes

Print full color CMYK or match your brand with Pantone spot colors, on the outside only or the outside and inside. Printing the inside of the lid with a message or a pattern turns the unboxing into part of the gift. Matte lamination looks calm, gloss adds shine, and soft-touch adds a velvety feel. Spot UV can pick out the logo, and foil in gold, silver, or rose gold adds an accent. Embossing and debossing add texture to a name. You review and approve the artwork before production starts.
