Box Structures That Protect the Stone Head

Jade rollers usually have a stone head, a metal or resin frame, and sometimes a pivoting handle. If the box fits poorly, the roller shifts and the stone is the first part to chip. We make custom inserts, either cut paperboard trays or foam cavities, shaped to the roller and handle dimensions you send us. For dual head rollers or sets that include a gua sha tool, the insert holds each piece separately so nothing knocks together.

Materials and Finishing Options

Boxes come in kraft paperboard, chipboard, or SBS (solid bleached sulfate) board. For finishing, you can add matte, gloss, or soft touch lamination, foil stamping for your logo and brand name, embossing or debossing, spot UV, and cut out windows so the stone shows without opening the box.
