Paperboard, finishes, and options

Printing and finishing

Printing can be full color on the outside, with a one color or full color print inside. Keep key text and logos inside the safe area on the dieline, away from folds and glue flaps. We set up the folds and the cut lines on the free dieline, and you approve it before production. Keep logos and text away from the base folds, where the panels meet.

Choose a snap lock bottom when the product is light and speed matters. The base sets up in a moment, and no tape or glue is needed at the packing table. This makes it a good fit for samples, mini sets, and small orders that you pack yourself. A snap lock folding carton also costs less than a heavier lock style. If your product is heavy, choose an auto lock base instead.
